A hight end equipments are the lines for kataforetic, autoforetic or anaforetic covering which guarantees a top quality of the paint job and an excellent endurance to external factors through its uniformity and adherence of the paint coat even on the less accessible areas of the painted item. The equipment that we offer can function in continuous flux or in paces, automatic or manually driven depending on our customers' requests.

The treatment before painting can be achieved by ultrasound, mechanical or chemical means. The equipment for chemical preparation for painting differ depending on technology (by immersion or by spraying) providing degreasing, pickling, phosphating and cleaning of the surface. The design of the equipment we offer (based on customer requirements) is made in cooperation with Henkel Hungarian and Romanian branches, a company specialized in equipment for chemical treatment before painting. Digital control panels are used to monitor and adjust the temperature, PH and chemical substance addition. The chemicals we recommend for use on this lines are biodegradable and ecological. As components of the preparation line for we also offer equipments for demineralization, desalination, filters with different fillings and oil separator.

The equipment for the treatment of waste water and used chemicals comes to complete the technological process of the preparation for painting and it is based on technologies supplied by well established companies in this field. This equipment allows the obtaining of the waste water in accordance with the EU rules ad the law.

Spraying with powder paint in electrostatic field is a very simple and effective method with many advantages over the classical painting (with liquid paint). Using solvent free, nonvolatile powder makes it environment friendly and the electrostatic field assures a minimal loss of paint, 95% of it adhering to the item being paint while the rest of the paint is recycled and reused in the process. The surface coating is made in one layer having perfect quality without any defects.

The components of the powder painting equipment are the spraying booth, the spraying aggregate and the polymerization furnace or tunnel.

The liquid painting equipment has the painting booth, the spraying aggregate and the drying furnace or tunnel.

A different kind of equipment are those for painting and drying automobiles, train cars and spare parts.

The different types of transport systems are built to satisfy the different technological requirements for the types of parts and items being painted and the client's needs. The transport system we build takes into consideration that the operator of the equipment should have contact with the item being painted only at the beginning (when loading the part) and at the end (unloading the part) of the technological line. Thereby we have: suspended transportation (conveyors), traveling cranes and transportation on the ground.

Having a wide variety of requests, a wide range of types of parts with different dimensions, configurations, materials, types of impurities and item working condition (after being painted) makes our equipments unique. Designing the lines for preparing the surfaces offered is realised in collaboration with the branch from Hungary and Romania of a company specialized in the field of Chemical preparation of surfaces before painting (Henkel) on the basis of our customer's requirements.
